Sanderson Heating & Renewables

I cannot praise Sanderson Heating & Renewables highly enough. Right from the start James was knowledgeable, courteous and kind. He helped me make the right choice for my property, expertly fitted the new boiler and made so little mess, to my newly decorated home, that l hardly noticed. The company kept me fully informed throughout the process and I found their pricing to be highly competitive. All in all, a perfect job.

I can recommend James without any reservation. We have had an air source heat pump installed to replace a gas boiler and underfloor heating to an extension. He and his team have been communicative, helpful, responsive and diligent; they have dealt with everything with the highest integrity and care. The work has been done to the highest quality and there is a professionalism to their whole approach that provides you with the confidence you need for such a significant outlay

James and his team were professional and friendly from start to finish. They changed my heating from oil to gas, installed 2 new bathrooms and my new gas oven. I am happy with all their advice and the results and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you James!

We recently had an issue with our heat pump and after being given incorrect advice we were left in an awkward position and unsure what to do, having never had such a heating system before. James and the team at Sanderson renewables were able to assist very quickly and promptly and fix the issue, even when he had a very busy schedule. Very thankful and will certainly use their services again.

Would I recommend Sanderson Heating and Renewables? The answer is unequivocally Yes… 100% Task: replace my trusty but old oil fired Rayburn with an external Worcester Bosch boiler. I contacted 3 companies for quotes, and James’s company was by far the most impressive. He responded immediately and on our initial appointment was polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable, open minded and supportive, and these qualities remained throughout. Overall, communications were excellent and any questions I had were answered promptly by either Clair or James. On installation day, the planning and teamwork were exemplary and standard of work outstanding! So in closing I would like to say a huge thank you James, Finlay, Gareth, Luca and Clair for a truly wonderful and stress free project and experience.

James, Finley & Luca successfully completed a comprehensive underfloor heating system installation, encompassing three new bathrooms and a utility room. Furthermore, I replaced my gas combi boiler with a heat pump, receiving a £7,500 government grant as a result. Initially, I harbored some skepticism, but the system functions flawlessly. The bathrooms are also exceptionally well-executed. Based on my experience, he is undoubtedly the best plumber in York.

Fantastic service! James was friendly, knowledgable and went above and beyond to get our hot water working again. Would highly recommend - if we have boiler troubles again we know who to call! Thank you!
